Pictures can be taken in a resolution as high as 2529x1944. You can also take pictures in three megapixels, two megapixels or VGA resolution, depending on your own choice. Videos can be taken in the HD resolution of 1280x720, or in QVGA or VGA.

You get lots of options in terms of settings – white balance, exposure, ISO and anti-shake. A five to ten second self-timer is also included. The auto-focus mechanism also has face detection and you can manually control the LED flash if you want.

When it comes to the video camera on the phone, you get the basics – like contrast, exposure and white balance, and more. The phone comes with a four GB memory card, which is quite advantageous, and allows you to take plenty of HD video and pictures.

So, these camera phones give both kind of users what they may be looking for – the camera that's good enough for MMS messaging and more than casual use, and the camera that gives you HD quality with plenty of options and settings. These are two excellent pay as you go camera mobile phones.
